I am happy to let you know we have changed our support system to be more streamlined and easy to use.
 
Our Help Desk will allows you to submit a ticket for support staff, Our techs will be able to easily  get your support needs taken care of now.
 
We also have forums available in our new CCBTools Help Desk  for you to communicate with other CCBTools clients and our staff.  We have setup the following forums:
Please take a minute and create an account so that you can begin using out Help Desk. This is where you will submit your trouble tickets from now on.  We are constantly  looking for ways to improve our support and service to give you the best possible experience with CCBTools.
 
The second recent update to our support system  that you may not have seen yet, is our new CCBTools Manual,  you can find it in the Solutions forum or you can access it directly  at the following link:
 
Our CCBTools Manual is designed to explain to you visually how to use our scripts. Some of the features include:
  • easy to follow table of contents
  • Step by Step visual instructions
  • Search
  • Tags
  • Comment on instructions
  • Each lesson is available in PDF for easy sharing with staff
Many of our new customers have been beta testing the manual and we have been able modify the instructions so that anyone can follow them.
